Strategies ranked on what happened after they were locked

Every strategy here passed the lab's bar, then had its logic frozen. The ranking uses only the record since that lock, never the backtest that chose it. We count every configuration its family tried and keep every strategy we remove.

How we rank

  1. Only the record after the logic was locked counts. The backtest that found a strategy is shown, never ranked.
  2. The Sharpe is deflated for every configuration the strategy's family tried; the count sits on every row.
  3. At least 126 sessions since lock before a strategy can rank; 252 for the top three.
  4. Each record says where it came from: a broker, our paper engine, or a backtest. They are never mixed: broker-verified and paper records rank in their own groups.
  5. Broker-verified means every signal since lock has a matching fill in the broker's own records and the broker made no other trade; otherwise the page shows the match rate and the first mismatch.
  6. Returns are net of the cost model and set against the 50/50 SPY/QQQ blend over the same days.
  7. A change to the logic after lock starts a new record. The old one stays, under its old fingerprint.
  8. Removed strategies stay public with the reason. Price and subscribers never change the order.

How every strategy is tested before it can be locked: the method in full, what the lab rejected and an example run.

Report a problem

A figure that looks wrong, a trade that is missing, or anything else. The owner reads every report and replies by email.

Past results do not promise future returns.

Records marked "paper since lock" are simulated by StockGaines and did not trade real money.

StockGaines publishes these records to everyone alike and does not advise anyone on whether a strategy suits them. It is a publisher, not an investment adviser.

Nothing here trades automatically for anyone. Subscriptions, when they open, deliver signals only.

Verify this record

The chain starts with the first published session after a lock. It proves the record was not changed after the fact. It does not prove a third party audited it.
